Located in Calgary’s Beltline along 17th Avenue, close to the Mission district, the residential tower responds to a narrow site by maximizing views of the surroundings and street-level frontage. Located close to Calgary’s burgeoning entertainment district, the project animates the area while providing generous indoor and outdoor amenity space for residents. An internal lane is created for servicing and back of house access for the retail bays. The building’s low-podium responds to the context, while opening up the street corner. The tower elegantly rises towards the skyline, perched above an animated podium.
