We Care

We recognize that our practice shapes the built environment on lands that have been cared for, shaped, and protected by Indigenous peoples since time immemorial. We acknowledge our profound responsibility to honor the history of these spaces and to build with deep respect for the land and its original caretakers.

With a license to practice across Canada, we extend our respect and appreciation to all First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples from coast to coast to coast whose land we may impact through our work. We commit to a continuous journey of learning, truth, and meaningful reconciliation as we design for the future.
